Regional Vice President - (Sioux Falls, SD)

Responsible for achieving sales and recruiting goals within assigned territories for Midland National Life Insurance Company (the Company) by actively recruiting General Agents, maintaining contractual relationships with existing GA’s, and promoting Company products. Requirements: Bachelor degree with emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent business background is required Min Series six and 63 license (expected within six months of service). Min of 5yrs background in financial services industry with demonstrated successful track record; Prior recruiting background required and sales management experience strongly preferred CLU and or ChFC designation preferred Demonstrated strong expertise to articulate the Company’s strategy and tell a compelling story about strengths, culture, values and our drive to succeed Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills Demonstrated positive, professional image and conduct
