Director of Rehabilitation Therapy Services - (Katy, TX)

The Director of Rehab Therapy Services is responsible for serving as the Director of all rehabilitation services for the facility. The Director works to fulfill functions of achieving clinical and financial operational goals. Monitors admissions and treatment schedules, assists in marketing, implements facility policy as appropriate, assists in development of new programs, and ensures rehab department meets regulatory standards. Provides additional administrative supervision and rehabilitation management as established by the Executive Director/Administrator. Min Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required. Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist in the state of employment required. Min 3 (3) years of therapy-related skills required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required Additional Requirements/Skills: Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility Medicare skilled services requirements preferred.
