WHAT WE NEED We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to join our team and manage the day to day operations, including maintaining occupancy, marketing, establishing new leases and overseeing the team in order to meet the financial and operational goals of the Company. OUR EXPECTATIONS Responsible for the overall financial performance of the community including maximizing income while controlling operating expenses.
