Position overview: The Maids is searching for an enthusiastic Customer Relations Specialist to provide customer-centric support to new and current clients. The position includes responding to inbound telephone calls from prospective clients, current clients, and field staff and assisting in the growth of new and current business. You will be responsible for the daily activities and scheduling of an assigned branch, including managing the customer database. You will be on a team with the Branch Manager to ensure excellent on-going customer service and satisfaction to clients. You must be be organized, resourceful, and enjoy a high energy environment. Our Customer Care Center is located in downtown Homewood and services Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile and Atlanta.
