Seeking an experienced Group Exercise Instructor / Personal Trainer who demonstrates exercises and routines to members and guests. Guiding members in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness Modifying exercises according to members' fitness levels. Background in aquatic exercise, cycle, zumba, kick-boxing, circuit training, dance yoga and Pilates.
