Healing Arts Massage Therapist Reports to: Healing Arts Manager Department: Healing Arts FLSA: Non-Exempt Position description Reporting to the Healing Arts Manager, the Healing Arts Massage Therapist provides a variety of massage and spa services, anticipating and serving guest needs and surpassing their expectations. They must possess strong communication expertise and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of the guests. The Healing Arts facility at 1440 Multiversity has 22 treatment rooms. Additionally, it includes an outdoor hot tub overlooking the redwoods, women's and men's locker rooms with steam rooms in each, a quiet waiting area with indoor and outdoor patio seating, and a small retail area.
