Quality Assurance Inspector (TYQ) - (Zionsville, IN)

The QAI is responsible for providing support for the Inspection Department and managing the Quality Assurance program at Montgomery Aviation. The inspector must have an understanding of all the paper work related to and required for the inspection of all systems and work completed on aircraft. The completion of all required paperwork in a neat, professional, complete and timely manner is also a must. The position mandates the expertise to effectively communicate with the technicians completing the work. In a timely, professional, accurate, complete and neat manner initiate and complete all required paperwork Logbook research Complete Aircraft status sheets updates Manage the Quality Assurance program Assist with training and development Requirements Thorough understanding of Log Book documentations and required entries Thorough understanding of FAR's and regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance Expertise to utilize technical documentation and literature as required
