The Quality Control Inspector has responsibility for the measurement and Inspection of material, machined and purchased items Essential Job Functions Measure and inspect parts, raw material, components and assemblies according to drawings, specifications and standards Perform Inspections and data recording of raw material Keep measuring tools and instruments in good working order Check job router paperwork for correctness Limited authority in packing and shipping inventory and/or equipment Limited authority in requesting purchase orders Limited authority in verifying completed NCRs Full authority for QC equipment maintenance responsibilities Full authority for QC equipment calibration responsibilities Limited authority for performing NDE tests Full authority for performing inspections Limited authority for approving inspections and/or NDE test results Perform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements and Skills Education Requirements (Min and Preferred)
