HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Follow the recipe! - Stocking and adding all batch ingredients and insuring that all formulas are correct and ingredient usage by recipe is accurate while maintaining all required paperwork (like batch sheets, end shift report, ingredient lot tracking, etc.) Quality, quality, quality! - You will be starting up batter mix systems during your shift start up and after clean up.
