Identifies the financial needs of each member and recommends an effective credit union product solution. In addition, assists members with their financial transactions involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Welcomes members and provides routine info concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific info and service. Receives and processes member financial transactions including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, cash and check endorsements, sells money orders, official checks and stamps and transfers from accounts as directed.
