Correctional Care - Committed Careers - Corizon Health We have an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Health Services Administrator to join our healthcare team at Eastern Correctional Complex located in Westover, MD. Registered Nurse is preferred but not required. Hours 8am-5pm Requirements of the Health Services Administrator Graduate of an Accredited institution of Nursing with the expertise to obtain a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or related position preferred. Min of 3 years of healthcare management experience: corrections setting preferred. Background in personnel selection, training, scheduling, progressive discipline and termination. Excellent knowledge in the development and management of correctional health care delivery systems. Demonstrated expertise to interact positively with the client, patients, staff, and the management team. Expertise to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
