Seasonal FDP Analyst II - (Westlake, OH)

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Seasonal Forecasting & Demand Planning Analyst is primarily responsible for door level forecasting and aggregate demand planning for all assigned retail chains. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of supply chain systems and structures, the expertise to work alone as well as in a team environment, the expertise to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and demonstrated expertise to communicate with all levels of Management. This position works directly with Sales Account Executives and leads the dialogue in chain-specific strategies for each holiday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review and analyze account POS details to assist in assessing the state of the business and to find opportunities for growth - Strong follow-up skills - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of demand planning processes - Strong analytical, issue solving and math skills - Add/subtract forecasts based on new/closing doors
