Position title: Tractor Service Technician Job Location: Store Dothan, Alabama Reports to: Store Manager FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY The foremost responsibility of the Tractor Service Technician is to process work orders for customer repairs, as well as servicing/repairing their equipment. The range of equipment includes diesel-powered compact tractors from 24HP up to 78HP, as well as garden tractors, mowing equipment and other types of lawn and garden maintenance equipment. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Provide high quality off-site repair services on all work orders Ensure the safe use of equipment & tools Responsible for completing all warranty paperwork in a timely manner Daily accurate documentation of work performed Daily travel to customer or dealer locations Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Responsible for special order parts for all work orders Responsible for completing service work in a safe and timely manner
