Customer Service Representative - (Westminster, MA)

Provide administrative support and logistical assistance to the division’s customers and sales organizations. This support will include, but not necessarily be limited to quoting prices for standard product; fielding inquiries on substitutes for standard products; interpreting and/or expediting shipment of due or past due orders; following up with the sales staff on issues relating to new product introductions and other supporting customer qualifications. Review and interpret questions relating to customer orders. Contact sales office or customer for additional info. Work with Planning and Operations to ensure that customer specifications, quantities, and schedule dates are properly reflected. Customer contract entry and audit. Receive and answer inquiries from customers relating to items that include product availability, price, and shipping mode. Notify customer in advance of changes in an order status that they adversely impact customer relations. Process, interpret, and manipulate customer EDI data.
