19 Food Services Manager - (Sedro-Woolley, WA)

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION: Supervises and manages all kitchen staff to include Job Corps, Internship Clinicals and Leisure Time Student Workers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and oversees the overall Center food preparation activities to include the Student Store/Snack Bar Manages the dining room, to include student monitors, student behavior and Food Services department. Ensures quality control, plans menus, coordinates food purchases and manages food services budget. Oversees food preparation for special functions. Researches, develops and recommends new menu items. Coordinates the preparation and availability of box lunches for Work Based Learning students and students off Center for other reason. Ensures compliance with all USDOL and Job Corps guidelines and directives. Participates as an active member of the Center's HEALs (Healthy Eating, Active Lifestyles) Committee. May serve as the chairperson of the HEALs Committee. Ensures sanitation compliance and the overall cleanliness of all food service areas.
