Customer Resource Specialist - (Riviera Beach, FL)

SUMMARY: The Customer Resource Specialist is responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling appointments and providing Child Care Resource & Referral (CCRR) resources to clients. Maintaining accurate info about families in the Statewide Data System, screening candidates for financial assistance eligibility and maintaining current details in regards to types of funding available. This job necessitates a applicant who is multi-lingual in Spanish or Creole. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Conduct client interviews by phone to assess customer’s needs and to identify available community resources to meet the identified needs. •Screens potential clients for eligibility for state and/or local funding by comparing customer details to program requirements. •Responds to requests for info from clients/providers in a timely manner and within the client confidentiality guidelines. •Input and review client details in the Enhanced Field System (EFS) database.
