EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Recruiter to join our team in Mendota Heights, MN. We need passionate and engaged individuals to help us build a team that can lead Equiniti to the same success in the US that it has had in the rest of the world. The Recruiter role will collaborate together with the business to assess the skills needed and deliver quality applicants to fill open roles. This position will manage the end to end process from identification of a requirement, management of approvals, sourcing, selection, offer production, vetting and provision of new starter details to the payroll team. Our team also utilizes offshore recruiters and sourcers based in Chennai to help us deliver the best applicants as effectively and efficiently as possible.
