SUMMARY Cognizant is seeking a Director level in-house attorney to join our IP & Technology Transactions team within the Legal Department, preferably in Dallas, Texas, Denver, Colorado, or Teaneck, New Jersey. You will support internal business and technical teams engaged in a variety of technology transactions, with an emphasis on inbound software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, strategic technology alliances, and complex technology partnering transactions.
