This position provides Occupational Therapy service to residents including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual patient treatments, discharge planning and perform other related duties as required. As well as support activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence The key skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position include: * Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Master's Degree preferred * Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered.
