Set Team Leader - Eureka, CA - (Eureka, CA)

POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for the oversight and action plan development of merchandisers assigned at servicing accounts within specific geographical areas. Create and facilitate activities at our customer locations as needed. Facilitate communication between the stores and UNFI account management. Order product to increase sales and process excessive products for credit. Foster a team environment, maintain excellent customer service and recap activities for management. This is a full time position servicing supermarkets in the Eureka, CA area. EEO/VETERANS/DISABLED REQUIRED FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Develop and implement action plans to teammates with assistance from the Supervisor and/or Account Manager on assigned merchandising projects. Point of contact to the customer on merchandising projects. Responsible for interpreting and facilitating internal reports relating to an assigned project. Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
