Facility Security Officer - (Gaithersburg, MD)

We are currently recruiting for a Facility Security Officer to support our client in Rockville, MD. This role is a hybrid role with administrative duties, working with a quickly growing startup. Responsibilities: - Active security clearance is a firm requirement - Attention to detail - Make and program employee badges for site access. - Extensive background with JPAS and e-QIP is a firm requirement - Process new employee security clearances - Provide briefings through public speaking, facilitated trainings, and written guidance. - Effectively apply physical and procedural security measures with minimal impact to business operations. - Maintain files for customers and audits. - Extensive background with Ms office Education: No Degree Required Background: Experienced Requirements: - Protect classified government details, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.
