Submarine Radar/EW Engineering Technician with Security Clearance - (Groton, CT)

United States of America - Connecticut, Groton Position details AECOM has an immediate opening for a Submarine Electronics Technician to provide support to engineering and design staff in a variety of engineering tasks in the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, fabrication, construction and operation of diverse electronic/mechanical equipment and systems in accordance with engineering specifications. Position can be located at any of the following locations: Norfolk, VA; Groton, CT; Bremerton, WA; Honolulu, HI; or Kittery, ME. Required responsibilities: * Install, monitor, and service Periscope Imaging, BLQ 10, ESM and BPS Radar equipment and systems at Company and client sites. * Assist with test and evaluation, checkout, certification tasks. Perform validations/ verifications of various electronic systems. * Review change proposals for equipment impacts. * Assist in accomplishing Engineering Change Instructions.
