Help Desk Specialist - Level II with Security Clearance - (Patuxent River, MD)
ECS is seeking a Help Desk Specialist - Level II to work in our Patuxent River, MD office. Position description: Responsible for supporting the NAVAIR National Help Desk and ~93,000 customers world-wide. Provides assistance and support related to Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, JTDI and accounts management by responding to functional and technical customer inquiries. Additional Primary assignments include: * Respond to queries over the phone or via e-mail. * Write training manuals. * Ask questions to determine nature of problem. * Walk customer through problem-solving process. * Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. * Follow guidelines for account creation and modification procedures * Act as an ERP resource for help desk associates and other organizations.
