This position mainly focuses on managing sales and service individuals who handle Dairyland Insurance Services calls. Our call center is open from Monday through Friday, 7am-10pm CST, and Saturdays from 7am 6pm CST. As a team supervisor, your flexibility to work within these hours is a key factor to the department s success.
