United States of America - Virginia, Hampton Roads Alternate Locations US - Norfolk, VA, US - Suffolk, VA - 1700 N Main Street Job description AECOM is seeking a Training Specialist II to support the Naval Details Forces (NAVIFOR), Naval Info Warfare Development Center (NIWDC), Electronic Warfare Mission Area Department in the Norfolk-Suffolk, VA region. The Training Specialist II will support the NIWDCâ??s mission to provide ability, assistance, management support functions, and training for real time support to EW operational forces deployed worldwide. Critical responsibilities: * Assist NIWDC with development of specialized EW related training courses. * Identify gaps in EW skills and competencies across Fleet EW communities and deliver tailored training programs to address such gaps. * Demonstrate competency in training administration and understanding of training portfolio management in support of Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Level Fleet EW training.
