End-Point Architect - (Greenbelt, MD)

We are presently seeking an End-Point Architect for a contract role located in Greenbelt, MD. Senior member of the Technical support team responsible for PC desktop, laptop configuration, Printing, and application support including Windows operating systems and software and other applications. Coordinate support issues and resolutions between Engineering and Support teams. Critical skills: Manage, coordinate, track, report, process and work tickets daily for Field Tier-3 support team Work with Engineering team to define process and procedures for application monitoring and support. Manage, coordinate, implement and remediate security compliance & vulnerabilities Provide system and application diagnoses to remediate issues while engaging other teams as needed Provide compute resource system and application monitoring & remediation support Provide advanced system and application access management support Support and coordinate the implementation of middleware products, COTS, GOTS
