VP of Nutrition & Scientific Affairs - (Ronkonkoma, NY)

The Company, a leader in nutrition and dietary supplementation, is looking for a Vice President of Nutritional Science. This position, reporting directly to the Chief Scientific Officer, will lead the Nutrition and Scientific Affairs function and direct all scientific activities related to the development of new products and claims. The position will also lead the company?s strategy in becoming the premier science leader in Consumer Health & Wellness. Key assignments include, but not limited to: Leading the Nutritional Science team in providing guidance in developing new products and claims, and leveraging new ingredients in the areas of Consumer Health, Nutrition and Wellness. ?Be a member of the R&D Leadership Team and engage with our Commercial, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams in supporting existing products and new products and claims Engage with the scientific community and external stakeholders on current and new research in the fields of Nutrition and Dietary Supplementation.
