Construction Administration Manager - (Paramus, NJ)
Function: Manages a construction administration and support team; assignment of the loan portfolio; loan compliance with regulatory qualifications covering construction loans; Provides guidance and assistance in resolving complex problems of assigned team. Secondary point of contact for all customers, lenders and third party vendors for construction loan related issue resolution. Primary point of contact for internal customer and managers with the Bank. Oversees closing, servicing and management of loans original by Commercial and Non-CRE lenders within assignment region. Leads department-wide projects/initiatives to increase efficiencies and controls. Responsibilities: Manage Construction Admin and support teams workflow and assignment of construction loans to teammates. Oversee a highly-complex portfolio of commercial construction and multifamily residential construction loans. Expert knowledge of loan budget tracking application, CLCS.
