Child Care Assistant- Wellness Center- PRN - (Longview, TX)

Responsible for all functions of the Healthy Hideaway maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and care for members and guests while under the policies, procedures and guidelines of Good Shepherd and the Institute for Healthy Living Certification/Licensure Education Must possess high-school diploma, GED, or equivalent OR be currently enrolled in classes to complete this level of education Background Previous Child care background desired Specialized Training Other Skills/Competencies Expertise to perform the critical functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others. Expertise to comply with all Good Shepherd policies and procedures that are job-related and consistent with business necessity. Expertise to effectively communicate with patients and provide competent care as appropriate to the ages of patients served by this position. Equipment Technical skills Computer literacy is desired.
