Bank Compliance Instructional Design / Training Coordinator - (Chicago, IL)

Elevate?s Customer, an Global Financial Services Company, is seeking a Bank Compliance Instructional Design/Training Coordinator to work in its New York city location for a period of 3-6 mons. The Training Coordinator will assist in the analysis, design, and development of e-learning compliance training initiatives for the Company?s 2 U.S. Banks. The Training Coordintator will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks as part of the Training Program. Specifically, you will... Be responsible for the story-boarding, creation, modification, and content enhancement of e-learning courses leveraging publishing tools and technology. In collaboration with the Head of Bank Compliance Training, work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create new courses from scripts and revise existing courses. Take internally developed content and design ideas from storyboard phase to the final course.
