Principal Systems Engineer - (Richfield, MN)

The Principal Systems Engineer, Systems Engineering & Automation works to help fully architect and automate IT infrastructure in partnership with application and other infrastructure teams. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the current team as well as champion end to end service offerings. Design, develop and improve infrastructure solutions for our customers. Partner with support teams to drive uptime and reliability for production environments. Create, research and development of new automation solutions and product offerings for infrastructure services. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history seven years of IT background Experience working with both Linux and Windows platforms. Excellent understanding of scripting and development languages such as PowerShell, Python, Go. Background with private and public cloud platforms such as OpenStack, vRealize, Azure, AWS. Preferred Skills / Background Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Drone, and Travis CI.
