Develops Quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and Post Production products. Conducts calibration, receiving, in-process, solder, assembly, final assembly inspection prior to shipping, and shipping inspections of repaired hardware at the Fixed Wing Targeting Depot at Warner Robins, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.. Maintains calibration tracking and completions for tooling within the depot operations. Maintains work instructions for inspection qualifications, determining location and frequency of inspection steps throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer. Processes non-conforming hardware, identified containment qualifications, appropriate root cause is identified and corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence to include leading a Corrective Action Board with the Depot team.
