May also supervise a team of engineers in a technical project leader role. Provide technical leadership in resolving test S/W and/or H/W issues Participate in test platform consolidation and a company-wide Final-Test capability and equipment roadmaps. Perform platform conversions from 1 ATE platform to another platform Identifies and implements value engineering activities to improve test H/W & S/W for cost effectiveness Development, deployment and implementation of test techniques for RFA ICs.
