Yard Operator - (Moscow, ID)

McFarland Cascade seeks a qualified Yard Operator for the Juliaetta, ID location. Successful applicants will be expected to work in various roles throughout the plant. Positions include operating mobile equipment, operating the peeler as well as scaling/inspecting poles. Responsibilities as a mobile equipment operator include loading/unloading, sorting to and from processing equipment. As a peeler operator, will be responsible for processing poles through the peeling machine ensuring clean bark removal and smooth shaved poles for inspection. Work as a scaler/inspector is to inspect and grade poles while ensuring conformance to standards. Will determine reclassification sizes and lengths if necessary. The
