Host Based Security System SME Key Role: Provide end users tiered-level customer support by coordinating software, hardware, network, and security issue resolution and install, configure, troubleshoot, and provide maintenance and training. Provide day-to-day support for Fleet units, including guidance, account creation, ePO functionality, primarily follow SOPs and TTPs and escalate other issues.
