Genesis10 is currently in need of a Technical Writer for a leading financial institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 7 mnth, W2 position. Description: Produce high quality documentation, including system application manuals and user quick reference materials. Participate in, and potentially facilitating, meetings to help capture notes/qualifications to document changes to current processes/procedures. Demonstrated expertise to explain complex info in a clear and concise manner. Expertise to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical resources to successfully complete assignments.
