Responsibilities: • Advanced troubleshooting of POS and Back office hardware, software, networking, credit card processing, accounting data journey and variance issues • Provides technical support for field representatives/site personal to resolve escalated customer problems Education and Background: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background preferred • Min one year Point of Sales troubleshooting background desired • Min 2 yrs technical software support preferred • Min 1 yr network related experience wanted • Background with MSDOS, Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, SQL and Databases preferred • A and Network certification preferred • Background with VNC and Remote desktop preferred
