RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS Americas Special Situations Group (AmSSG) is a lending and investing business focused on providing capital to mid-sized companies in both private and public markets. The group specializes in fundamental value analysis and has a number of private capital investment strategies which include middle market direct lending, structured investing, investing in asset intensive industries, portfolios of assets, and distressed credit.
