Quality Engineer - Automotive Manufacturing Our client is looking to add a Quality Engineer to their growing plant. The Quality Engineer will work with shop floor issues, suppliers, customers (launches) and with the manufacturing / production engineering group to resolve concerns. Bachelors degree required (or equivalent background) with at least 3 years current background as a Quality Engineer in automotive manufacturing (supplier or final assembly) operations. Must have a thorough understanding of SPC, quality control, issue solving, auditing, process improvement, kaizen, supplier quality, containment, sorting, PPAP, new product launches, quality systems, and TPS / Toyota Production System.
