Somersworth Dealership looking to add a Service Advisor to our Growing Service Team. Family owned and operated. Service Advisor Duties and Qualifications. Have outstanding customer service skills. Listen and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns. Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to technicians. Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell work as needed. Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated. Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner Process warranty claims and paperwork as needed. Including manufacturer warranties as well as extended warranties.
