Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Service Advisor for our Mamaroneck office. The perfect applicant will work passionately towards assisting and educating customers on available options, provides customer assistance and delivers a positive background. The Service Advisor is expected to continuously learn and maintain knowledge of products and services that we offer and must ensure that all transactions are fair to the Customer, Technician, and Company. Commission plan will be available.Work Monday - Friday and enjoy the weekends off!Responsibilities:Service Repair: Schedules appointments, answer service calls and collects funds for services performed. Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries and concerns they have. Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns for Technicians to accurately diagnose and service. Confirm and update all the customers’ personal, vehicle & conversion details. Consult with customer on applicable service recommendations and specials.
