Centralized Billing Clerk - (Ozark, AL)

The Service Center Billing Clerk will invoice and/or claim revenue on behalf of the Booking Agent, Origin Agent, and/or Destination Agent for all services provided by the service center on Military, GSA, Consumer, and National Account shipments. Ensure that revenue is claimed accurately and timely for our service centers Execute billing listed on the Service Center Not Billed Report for Military, COD, GSA and National Account shipments Review all shipment documents received from service center, agent, and/or driver Prepare billing info and verify any changes to support accurate and efficient billing process and financial close for each service center Mail/Email
