Senior Contracts Administrator San Diego-CA-US Title: Senior Contract Administrator The Senior Contract Administrator provides sound contractual input and guidance, administration, and monitoring of assigned proposals, contracts, purchase orders, agreements in coordination with functional departments. Ensures that receipt of contracts, purchase orders, and modifications follow the business unit's Purchase Order Acceptance Process (POAP) and that contract files are properly documented and maintained. Effectively interfaces and engages collaboratively with customers, internal functional departments, and senior management. Provide comprehensive support and guidance to San Diego and other Business Unit locations, conducting contract negotiations of pricing, performance based/milestone payments, terms and conditions, overriding agreements, non-disclosure agreements, bailment agreements, teaming agreements, and the like in accordance with company policies and business needs.
