AVP, B2B Digital Marketing - CareCredit - (Costa Mesa, CA)

Position details: Role Summary/Purpose: Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Marketing - CareCredit, this position will develop a comprehensive web sitestrategy for CareCredit Provider partners and develop ways to optimize Provider Enrollment and user background through on-line channel. Required responsibilities: Collaborating with the broader Marketing and Sales operations organizations and developing a comprehensive site development strategy for CareCredit Providers and including optimization of Provider Enrollment and user background. Directing and guiding IT, SFDC team, and our design and implementation agencies. Improve digital experiences for our target audiences with robust, cross-device compatible UI and features. Ensuring there is sufficient coverage with testing and advance a culture of testability within the team. Continually experiment with new ways to drive engagement and optimize enrollments and sales. Work with Digital Analytics leader to report monthly usage and KPI statistics.
