Posting Position description JOB SUMMARY Assist and support the delivery of accurate, timely and effective communications to enable Business Unit employees to provide great customer service. Plans and provides clearly written and easy to understand communications to employees in support of Business Unit initiatives. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This is not a marketing position Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer background. Internal Communication within the company. Plans, researches, creates and writes communications materials and web content to support Business Unit initiatives including, but not limited to product enhancements, policies, processes, rate adjustments, marketing initiatives, operational initiatives, acquisitions and divestitures. Develops working relationships with Charter's internal subject matter experts (SMEs). Establishes working relationships with managers across all functional areas.
