Job overview: You?ll be responsible for leading, training, and managing?10 to fifteen field sales representatives that will?be conducting door-to-door sales to prospective residential customers for optimal fiber solutions in the greater Austin area. ?Consultative selling techniques and conducting needs analysis are some of the skill sets you?ll be expected to train/pass down to your field representatives. You?ll also be responsible for performance of your team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales expectations. ?Your leadership with be vital to the success of the program.
