The QA Chiller Tech is responsible for testing and documenting temperature data during the product chilling process as well as operation of data recorders that auto log freezing temperature. Responsibilities: Sampling, labeling, and logging products for microbiological and post freeze thaw QA evaluation Assembling all products sampled previous day for lab pick up Weighing and measuring product produced on atypical packaging lines (trays, cups, small bag / single portion) and recording downtime reasons and amount of time not operating) Sampling, labeling, and logging products for microbiological and post freeze thaw QA evaluation Weigh and record packed food boxes ensuring correct weights
