RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO) seeking a Bi-lingual Customer Service Technician. Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls with an emphasis on service to our customers Assist customers with info needed, record conversation in company database, and ensure customer satisfaction Obtain and record thorough and accurate customer feedback and data QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or Business preferred Fluent in French-Canadian Must have outstanding verbal and written skills (efficient typing skills) with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction Detail and team oriented; Quick learner and self-motivated Willingness and expertise to work varied hours
