Windsor Rd., Champaign, Illinois 61821 Job Expectations: ---\tUtilizes a high degree of critical thinking skills in managing a large portfolio of diverse and complex commercial relationships ---\tInvolved in customer and targeted customer prospect calling activities with RM as appropriate (especially those with active new credit opportunities). ---\tIn certain circumstances, PM may serve as the primary advisor for a specific number of commercial relationships, ensuring a high-level of customer satisfaction and retention. In such circumstances, PM will work with Team Leader on a semi-annual basis to assure that all appropriate products and services are being cross-sold to those relationships.
