Manager of Payroll ServicesAre you an operational powerhouse? Do you have a passion for providing high touch customer service along with training and developing a team? Are you willing to work insanely hard to be a part of building something great? We need someone to support the operational soundness and exceptional customer service of our onboarding and payroll function. Also to support the team in training and be a resource for solving complex customer problems. This applicant will collaborate closely with the Onboarding Coordinators and Employee Relationship Specialists in ensuring deadlines are met and to assist with improving the accuracy and integrity of our service line. Most importantly, they will need to have leadership qualities and be able to lead their teams in delivering our uncommon customer service to our contractors. We are looking for the right Climber to make an impact on our payroll team.
